Mr. Oduaran is the founder and President of ECG Industries, Inc. (ECG) and the MD/CEO of its affiliate, ECG Industries Nigeria LTD. A highly qualified and experienced executive with over twenty years of extensive and diversified experience in environmental management, compliance, regulatory policy development and implementation relating to hazardous, remedial action, storage tank systems and general construction areas. As an Environmental Scientist with the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), he authored the revised Delaware Regulations Governing Underground Storage Tanks, which was promulgated in November 1990. During his employment with DNREC, he assisted in planning, developing and implementing various state environmental laws and regulations in addition to providing professional support to the Governor's Leaking Underground Storage Tank Committee.
In addition to providing professional support to the Governor's Leaking Underground Storage Committee, Mr. Oduaran was involved in coordinating and implementing various Federal and State environmental laws and regulations (SARA Title III, RCRA, CWA, and the States Hazardous Waste and UST Regulations) required to mitigate surface water and groundwater pollution problems. Mr. Oduaran was an active member of the State Emergency Response Team (SERT) responding to numerous environmental emergencies including the clean up and disposal of PCB-contaminated soils, oil spills, and leaking USTs and ASTs.
Mr. Oduaran has also planned, organized, coordinated and conducted training programs on various environmental topics for the government and private sector clients on various environmental topics, such as UST Management, and OSHA Health and Safety Compliance training. Currently, Mr. Oduaran is responsible for business development, sale/marketing, strategic planning and contract negotiations. In addition, Mr. Oduaran is responsible for the overall client management of all ECG clients. He establishes and maintains relationships with new and existing clients and developed and maintains defined strategic marketing opportunities for the firm.

ADETOKUNBO ADESIDA is the Director of Technical Services, Branch Manager for the Metropolitan Washington Regional Area for ECG Industries, Inc USA. Mr. Adesida is a qualified senior level environmental consultant and a Certified Professional Geologist with over 20 years of direct experience in environmental consulting and remediation. He was for over a decade an Emergency Response Manager for United States Environmental Protection (EPA) Region III.
In this role, Mr. Adesida was responsible for the assessment and cleanup hazardous waste sites along the Eastern Coast of the United States. Mr. Adesida has participated in and directed major, multi-million dollar environmental construction projects. He is responsible for overall project management including resource management and subcontracting for the company. He has been directly involved with hundreds of Phase I and Phase II property environmental assessments as well as the inspection of millions of square feet of building space tor asbestos and other hazardous waste materials. Sites that Mr. Adesida has evaluated include undeveloped land; residential properties; commercial and retail facilities; and light, medium, and heavy industrial and manufacturing sites. Mr. Adesida directs and supervises environmental investigations at hazardous waste sites and petroleum-contaminated sites. He has designed, conducted, and supervised the performance of multi-media sampling of hazardous waste and contaminated sites. He directs the delineation of contaminant plumes, models contaminant transport and fate, and performs risk assessments in accordance with federal and state requirements. Mr. Adesida has been directly involved in hundreds of petroleum tank projects including UST/AST system design, installation, upgrade, removal, and closure. He has designed and implemented remedial actions at sites with soil and/or groundwater contamination including RCRA and CERCLA sites.

Mr. Yancheski has over 24 years of experience in environmental engineering, environmental compliance and permitting, risk management, solid and hazardous waste management, environmental assessment and training.
