The Management of ECG-Industries Nigeria Limited is fully committed to the requirements of the Quality Manual and all employees are fully aware of their responsibilities for the implementation of the Quality Assurance procedures. They are responsible for achieving the required level of quality in their particular activity. In support of this policy, ECG-Industries Nigeria Limited has implemented a management philosophy based upon the requirements of ISO 9001:2000, and BS 7858:2004.
All Directors and personnel are required to understand and compile with the quality System in theduring performance of work activities. Directors shall ensure that all employees and Guardians are instructed in, and understand fully, the Quality and those parts of the Quality System relevant to their work.
As part of Quality Management and customer focus, the Directors agree objectives, both specific actions and target measurements, and review monitoring information against these objectives. These objectives include necessary and continuing improvements to assure quality of service.
Additionally, the Quality System, including this Policy is reviewed at least annually to ensure continuing effectiveness.
